All brought together in 2021, with the formation of Lisa Hutton Property Ltd, an aspiring Property Investment Company.
Founded by Lisa Hutton, a proud Derry Girl who lives by the motto "where there's a will there's a way". Hard work pays off and life's possibilities are endless. Although its good to be optimistic its also important to be realistic. Experience in banking and accounting, especially the financial crisis and the regulatory storm that came thereafter, has shown that its important for a business to have sufficient buffers to weather any financial turbulence and to cashflow-forecast in significant detail. This is very relevant and applicable to a property portfolio.
Property is a means to financial freedom and a hugely satisfying creative outlet. By applying strict criteria to investment decisions and putting in enough sacrifice and hard work a strong foundation portfolio has been built which can support limitless growth.
